FAQ

I really hope that you will love your Little Pig items as much as I enjoy designing and making them, I realise that sometimes you might need my help, so please contact me directly should you need to via email or by using the contact form. All jewellery is made to order, Little Pig Jewellery Design aim to ship your pieces within 10 working days using Royal Mail delivery services. 

Please treat your items with care as they are fragile and may become damaged if dropped. When you are not looking fabulous wearing my creations, please store them in their little pink box and keep away from extreme heat, water and perfume. Please read the enclosed information about caring for your Little Pig Jewellery that will come with your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Over this 14 day period, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where returns cannot be accepted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your source of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done this and after 5 business day you still have not received your refund, please contact Emma via hello@littlepigjewellerydesign.com

Sale and custom made items:

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, lucky dip or made to order and custom made jewellery designs cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges:

I will repair or replace items if they are defective within 30 days. If you need any help then please get in touch with Emma who will advise you on the next steps. 

Also, if for any reason you experience problems with your purchase then please contact me on the same email address and I will discuss with you how I can help...I want you to be happy with your Little Pig Jewellery Design purchase. Should you have damaged your jewellery in an over zealous dance off, fairground ride or any other less dramatic way, it may be that I can quote to repair your jewellery. Pop me an email with a photograph (and give me a giggle if you have a funny story) and I will see if I can get your jewellery back up and running! 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your original or exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Shipping costs with your order will be included when you check out.

International Shipping (including the EU Post Brexit) 

All jewellery is designed and made in the United Kingdom and can be shipped worldwide. Please note that the buyer is responsible in paying fees or any import duties, charges or taxes if applicable that may be applied when receiving your order or in order to release your parcel from Customs if it is held. 

As there is no free movement of goods from the UK to the rest of the world, you will be required to pay Import Tax. This amount varies from country to country.

Orders between 22 – 150€: There is a Import Tax/Vat of around 17 – 21% depending on the country, plus a handling fee by the courier 

Orders over 150€: There is the Import Tax 17 – 21% and courier handling fee, plus a Customs Charge.  

 

Postage Costs - please note International Customers (outside of the UK) these prices do not include any applicable taxes or import duties that issued by customs in your country. In order to ensure you are aware of the costs for these and to clear your items through customs, please check with your home country before placing an order - thank you Piglets:
